Gold-filled is composed of a solid layer of gold (typically constituting at least 5% of the item's total weight) mechanically pressure and heat bonded to a base of jewellery metal. 

The layer of gold on gold-filled items is 5 to 10 times thicker than that produced by regular gold plated , and 15 to 25 times thicker than that produced by gold electroplated. 

Gold-filled jewellery is considerably more durable and easier to maintain than gold-plated items

  • Gold-filled jewellery need NOT too much cares, just away from perfumes and chemicals
  • Care like normal gold jewellery
  • Gemstones should be cleaned using an untreated, dry, soft cloth. Avoid hot water and harsh chemicals
  • Nurture peals need to keep dry, needs to take off before shower, away from perfumes
  • The jewellery best to stored in a cool, dry place and cleaned carefully with a soft non-abrasive cloth to maintain shine for longer life
  • Jewellery should be stored away seperately in an air-tight jewellery box

We ship our parcels via Royal Mail.

All order dispatch with in 1-2 business days. 

International Postal Terms: Jovoy jewellery can NOT be held responsible for lost, damaged, missing or delayed post overseas. We use Royal Mail as our chosen courier, and although 99% of overseas packages arrive on time. 

Customs & Import Duties: Any customs fees or import duties are charged once your parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for more information.

We aim to ensure that you fully enjoy JOVOY jewellery.

Every piece of JOVOY jewellery is covered by a two years warranty on receipt of purchase date. With in two years, free of charge all your jewellery repairs.

After two years time frame, we can still repair for a small fee.

The cost of return shipping is not covered by JOVOY Jewellery and remains the customer's responsibility. Free of charge delivery after repairs. Repair will be take 3-5 working days depends on stocking materials.

UK Return

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

International Return

We have a 14-day return policy for the international customers, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@jovoyjewellery.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll email you how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
